Blackdert.cy (the "Website") is owned and operated by Hiflex Ltd. By accessing and using our website, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read these carefully before proceeding.

1. Eligibility

By registering and accepting Blackdert.cy's Terms and Conditions, you confirm that:

• You are a natural person legally residing in areas effectively controlled by the Republic of Cyprus or a company registered within those areas.
• Blackdert.cy will not accept orders from addresses outside areas under the effective control of the Republic of Cyprus.

You agree that you will not use the Website for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities, including but not limited to any actions that cause harm or distress to third parties.

If we suspect fraudulent or inappropriate account activity, we reserve the right to:

• Suspend or restrict your access to the Website without notice.
• Cancel your order or remove your account at any time.

4. Product Information

• Images of Products are for illustration purposes only and may not exactly match the actual product received. Variations in colors or packaging may occur due to differences in screen settings or photographic processes.
• Product Details should be read carefully before purchasing. While we aim to provide accurate information, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of product details.

5. Stock Availability & Pricing

• Prices and stock are subject to availability and may change without notice.
• Items added to your shopping cart may be updated as you proceed to checkout. We recommend reviewing your order before finalizing your purchase.

Price Errors:
In the case of a pricing error, Blackdert.cy reserves the right to:

• Correct the price and either contact you to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order and refund your payment.

6. Payments methods:

1. Debit/Credit Card via Viva Payments

Security:
We do not store your credit/debit card details. All card payments are processed securely through Viva Payments, both of which are PCI-DSS compliant for data encryption and security.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed by management.

7. Order Fulfillment and Delivery

Delivery Network:

• Blackdert.cy delivers to all of Cyprus, except the Occupied Area.

Extra Security Checks:
Orders may be subject to additional security checks at our discretion, including verification of credit/debit card details or address confirmation. If we are unable to verify this information, we may request an alternative payment method or cancel the order.

Postage Charges:
Initial postage quotes at checkout may not always reflect the full postage cost. If this happens, we reserve the right to request payment for the difference in shipping costs before processing your order.

Order Modifications:
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes can be made before dispatch.

8. Cancellations and Returns

Product Returns:

• If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately to discuss whether a refund or replacement is appropriate. You may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the damage.
• To cancel your order, notify us in writing or by email within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping:

• Products must be returned via courier at your own cost. Blackdert.cy does not cover return shipping for special or express deliveries.
• Products must be in their original, unopened condition. Opened or damaged products will not be eligible for a refund.
• If you receive an incorrect product, we will arrange for a return and send the correct item with no additional cost to you.

Refunds:
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund if the items are in good condition.

9. Promotional Codes and Discounts

• Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
• Discounts on items do not apply to other discounts or coupons unless stated otherwise.
• Account registration is required to apply discount codes.

10. Liability and Disclaimers

• Blackdert.cy is not liable for any inaccuracies, defects, errors, or omissions in the website content or for the unavailability of the website for any reason.
• We also do not accept liability for any disappointment or inconvenience caused by the unavailability of products or stock.

Missing Parcels:
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please notify us within 24 hours. We will then investigate and may offer a replacement or refund for the missing parcel.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Blackdert.cy is fully in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

12. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please submit it in writing to our office or via email. We will acknowledge all complaints within 7 working days and provide updates on the progress.

13. Modifications to Terms & Conditions

Blackdert.cy reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the website after the amendment constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
